Each provider's star rating and written reviews from previous customers are visible on their quote and public profile. **What is Stripe Identity verification?** Providers who opt in to Stripe Identity have their identity programmatically confirmed using government-issued documents. These providers are marked as verified on their profile. ### On moving day **What should I do before the driver arrives?** Disassemble large furniture where possible, pack boxes securely, and clear a path to the front door.
