We had to pay an additional Congestion Charge which was not mentioned in the booking, but otherwise all good
They have caused several damage on furnitures and fabrics also ruined plants (broke it ) I can prove with pictures - caused like £600 damage in total ! They didn’t take good care of the things , were just throwing everything on each other ! We were helping them to carry everything and bring up stuff as they were really slow , didn’t hurry at all ! The worst movers I ever met ! The service is horrible ! Never will use this company again and won’t recommend to anyone to use !
