Obinna and his colleague helped us with a move. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. We contacted them a couple of days before and received a confirmation. There were a couple of fragile items of furniture and they handled them with care. The price was also good. We would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Hi there, I had a last minute job on a Friday afternoon, removing 5 quite large boxes of clothes, sheets etc from a flat in London that needed to come down to Somerset next day! I read the reviews on Trust pilot and from real customers about Uremovals, and decided on Obinna, who had driven many miles, and seemed the right person for the job, also spoke with him on the Friday evening as well.He was brilliant, he couldn't have been more helpful, so careful, and terribly kind. Thank you uremovals, I will definitely use your company again.

Obinna and his helper were very good at helping me move my stuff from house to house. They were efficient and careful with my items and packed everything away and unpacked very quickly. They were friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

I commend Obina fo arriving on time however his customer service left a lot to be desired. He seemed focused on increasing the charges as opposed to diligently completing the work. However his assistant was fantastic.

He was 90 minutes late, was short with me and annoyed that I booked a slot for 4pm, even though he had the choice to do the move. Had terrible road rage - swore at two cars during the journey.

Rewriting my review as I realised it was not detailed enough. Good communication and handling of goods. I would say that his van is a lot bigger than it seems in the photos. The area I moved from has very difficult parking for large vehicles so that was a challenge. Not a fault of Obinna, it was my fault for not properly considering this. Ideal for moving large loads! However if you have a small load and you know parking is difficult in your area, it might be wiser to go with a smaller van. I would book again with Obinna if I had a larger load to move! I also mistakenly did not carry cash on me but Obinna accepted bank transfer. Thank you Obinna for your service!

Amazing moving experience with Obi and his friend—far more efficient than I anticipated. The entire process was smooth and pleasant: I booked before I’d even finished packing and quickly realized I had more to move than I’d estimated. They never hesitated, helped me with the extra items, and didn’t charge a penny more. Their professionalism and efficiency were outstanding, and I’ll definitely turn to Obi for my next move.

I was concerned about booking Obinna initially as he had no reviews. But went for him as he was the cheapest. I’ve moved a few times and despite low price he was the best mover I’ve ever had. Punctual, shook my hand and greeted me on arrival and when leaving, courteous. Didn’t meticulously count what I had vs what I said I would to try to jack up the price like others have (and I did have a few extra things) and even when I got to my destination I had one furniture piece too many and I requested and he gladly took it away to discard (without charging me). He also loaded and unloaded quickly (assisted by another person). He also didn’t try to ask for extra or a ‘tip’ after unpacking like others have. I very highly recommend Obinna Chuka.
