Questions about Rit Tranz
What areas does Rit Tranz cover?
Rit Tranz is based in Bristol. Covers moves where either the pick-up or the drop-off is within 40 miles of Bristol. You do not need to check any of that yourself: enter your move and they appear in your quotes only if they cover it.
What size vans does Rit Tranz have?
Rit Tranz operates a small van and a medium van. You pick the size when you compare quotes, so you only pay for the space the move needs.
Does Rit Tranz help with loading?
Yes. The options priced by this driver are: you and your own helpers load; the driver helps you load. Choosing more hands usually shortens the job, which can cost less overall than a cheaper hourly rate that takes longer.
How much does Rit Tranz charge?
Weekday hourly rates start from £37.00 an hour. The final quote also depends on the van size, how many helpers you want, the distance and the day, so compare a live quote for your own move rather than working from the hourly rate alone.
Is there a minimum booking time with Rit Tranz?
Yes, bookings start at 2 hours. If the move runs over the booked time, the extra is charged in half hour steps at half the hourly rate, so you never pay for a full extra hour you do not need.
Is Rit Tranz insured?
Rit Tranz holds goods in transit cover up to £15,000 and public liability cover up to £2,000,000. Van insurance and the driving licence are checked before a driver can take work on URemovals.
