I would not recommend this removal service, particularly for anyone vulnerable or expecting professional conduct. I was heavily pregnant at the time of my move and was expected to help carry a heavy king-size mattress. I managed this at my old flat as the van was directly outside, but at the new flat there was a long passageway and by that point I was physically exhausted and in pain. When I refused to continue, the removal man snapped at me and said he couldn’t carry it himself. I stood my ground, and he eventually carried it alone, but his attitude was completely inappropriate and unsafe given my condition. He also dismantled my ottoman bed and became defensive and cheeky when I later raised concerns that it was stiff and more difficult to take down from the raised position. He would not let me speak or listen to what I was saying, which I found very unprofessional. In addition, my chest of drawers was damaged during the move. They were intact when leaving my apartment but unstable once removed from the van. I was told “this can happen” and advised to fix it myself, which I do not find acceptable. I paid the full amount requested in good faith, but overall the service was not fair, professional, or respectful. I would not use this company again

TJ was an amazing mover. He communicated clearly the night before and the morning of my move, and showed up on time at my address. He went above and beyond to help me move my things into my flat. I could tell that he was very experienced and he acted with the utmost professionalism. I would definitely hire him again!
