Overall not a good service. Phoned the day before asking to push back by 4 hours. Then on the day, messaged to say that there was going to be another delay of 3 hours. In the end, they did not arrive until 1930 for a slot which had initially been booked for between 1100 and 1300. When the van did arrive, the first thing that was asked about was cash payment. The driver was not aware of where the destination was until I had to remind him of it. Unfortunately not a good experience therefore I am very unlikely to use this service again.
