We paid for 2 men and a van. A husband and wife couple arrived nearly 2hrs late. The man had no idea how to load a van and me and my friend loaded it. We had already brought everything downstairs so they had no carrying to do. On arrival at the drop off point the van was unloaded in the yard and they made no effort to carry anything upstairs. Once again we had to do it. I am totally disgusted with the service and I feel a substantial refund is in order. I look forward to hearing from you
