Friendly and professional service. They contacted me to offer an earlier time, which was much more convenient. Recommended.

Joe was exceptional. Professional, helpful, and very respectful of our property and items. Joe made the experience of moving a lot of items to our new home actually very pleasant! Have a great half term, Joe. 11/10

Hansen Man & Van LTD
We paid for 2 men and a van. A husband and wife couple arrived nearly 2hrs late. The man had no idea how to load a van and me and my friend loaded it. We had already brought everything downstairs so they had no carrying to do. On arrival at the drop off point the van was unloaded in the yard and they made no effort to carry anything upstairs. Once again we had to do it. I am totally disgusted with the service and I feel a substantial refund is in order. I look forward to hearing from you

They cooperated amazingly. They have been efficient and diligent - and planned well how on to organise everything to make our move in only one trip. They have been super understanding with us as we have forgot an item in the garden and offered their availability. They handled our items with care and acted professionally. Very thankful for their service - superb service overall. Recommended!
