I tried to contact him yesterday to confirm his arrival. It took 3 attempts before he picked up. He then said he had no record for the order, then said he had found it. The time booked was between 8.00 and 9.00 am. I rang 3 times this morning to check he was on his way. At 8.45 he said he was 20 minutes away By 9.10 I rang again and he said he was 10 minutes away. He then rang back to say he couldn't find our address so my husband spoke to him to try and find out where he was and gave further further directions. He did not arrive until 9.40. My husband helped him to load our possessions. My husband took our car so the driver could follow him to our new address but then he had to stop to get petrol. Very unprofessional service.

The driver when he arrived he just told us need to call the platform as we had more items then the list and I said just same size van and he said because need to move more items and most of the time he just let me and my husband move the stuffs and he just standing in the van and wait, even he got one hour free money as we finished the work one hour then estimated time, so not very good experience with him.

We paid for 2 men and a van. A husband and wife couple arrived nearly 2hrs late. The man had no idea how to load a van and me and my friend loaded it. We had already brought everything downstairs so they had no carrying to do. On arrival at the drop off point the van was unloaded in the yard and they made no effort to carry anything upstairs. Once again we had to do it. I am totally disgusted with the service and I feel a substantial refund is in order. I look forward to hearing from you

They have caused several damage on furnitures and fabrics also ruined plants (broke it ) I can prove with pictures - caused like £600 damage in total ! They didn’t take good care of the things , were just throwing everything on each other ! We were helping them to carry everything and bring up stuff as they were really slow , didn’t hurry at all ! The worst movers I ever met ! The service is horrible ! Never will use this company again and won’t recommend to anyone to use !
