The driver when he arrived he just told us need to call the platform as we had more items then the list and I said just same size van and he said because need to move more items and most of the time he just let me and my husband move the stuffs and he just standing in the van and wait, even he got one hour free money as we finished the work one hour then estimated time, so not very good experience with him.

I ordered a luton van & they turned up late with a long wheel base van. I loaded most of the items myself & also was told i they wouldnt take off money for their error and how a long wheel base van is bigger than a luton van when it clearly isnt. I then proceeded to unload my items with a bit of help then they refused to help me lift my couch up to my floor which i had to do with my partner who had 2 kids present. We did most the work ourselves i was not satisfied at all
