Hello, I booked and paid for both a driver and a helper, but only the driver arrived. This meant I also had to assist with moving bags, which is not what I paid for. The £7 off offered does not reflect the fact that half of the service was missing. Please can you refund me the cost of the helper, as I did not receive that part of the service.
