Hello, I booked and paid for both a driver and a helper, but only the driver arrived. This meant I also had to assist with moving bags, which is not what I paid for. The £7 off offered does not reflect the fact that half of the service was missing. Please can you refund me the cost of the helper, as I did not receive that part of the service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Both movers were extremely hardworking and punctual throughout the job. Initially, when we first saw the van, we thought it wouldn’t fit all of our belongings, but they organised everything so efficiently that it all fit in without any issues. They handled the heaviest and most challenging items, including two wardrobes with glass, with great care and managed to move them safely without any damage. It was exhausting work, but they did it with professionalism and dedication. What impressed us even more was that after completing the transfer to my new city, they still went the extra mile by driving me back to the closest town in Coventry so I could connect with transport. This level of service went beyond expectations. They are among the best service providers we’ve worked with, and I would be delighted to use their services again in the future. Highly recommended.

I'm really greatfull to Oban, who helped me on 11th of september to transfer goods form Canterbury to Brigthton. He carefully took goods from apartment in Canterbury and transferred them to flat in Brighton. He was very punctual, attentive and polite. Thank you to him!
