Very professional. Did want to change agreed time just the evening before which I didn't appreciate and came over a bit gruff at times. But two strong men who worked hard, managed to get all the stuff in and paid attention to how things were handled. Didn't think much of Uremove though. Took deposit v quickly, changed driver twice and didn't want to know when things went wrong. Just a contact/forwarding service really.

Eugen was fantastic. He arrived on time, when the (very heavy) sofa couldn't fit in the lift, he took it down 5 flight of stairs for a small fee which he informed me of beforehand. Not only he didn't get into a strop over this, he was perfectly polite and even considerate from start to finish. He took such good care of my things that I could hardly believe they'd been on an 85 mile journey. He even helped me with unpacking. All this for the cheapest price on the comparison website. I couldn't ask for more. I've kept his number and won't be using anyone else if I ever move again and would happily recommend him to friends and family. L Robinson
