The driver arrived an hour and a half later than the agreed slot which wasn't his fault due to road closures across the country and he apologised for the delay. The driver had good communication as I was waiting for him to arrive. The driver was very friendly and quick to help load up the van. They met us at the new property in good time and booking this service was easy

I tried to contact him yesterday to confirm his arrival. It took 3 attempts before he picked up. He then said he had no record for the order, then said he had found it. The time booked was between 8.00 and 9.00 am. I rang 3 times this morning to check he was on his way. At 8.45 he said he was 20 minutes away By 9.10 I rang again and he said he was 10 minutes away. He then rang back to say he couldn't find our address so my husband spoke to him to try and find out where he was and gave further further directions. He did not arrive until 9.40. My husband helped him to load our possessions. My husband took our car so the driver could follow him to our new address but then he had to stop to get petrol. Very unprofessional service.
Unfortunately arrival was two hours after the arranged time and without me making contact I would have heard nothing. However, we had accumulated everything outside and ready to load. When he did arrive, he worked well and whole job only two hours, no stairs were involved after all and the two hours he was late were made up!
